IPFW Ginsburg Hall Replacement

This project was your basic reroof, it consisted of 30,000 square feet of roof replacement. We tore off the existing roof system down to concrete structural deck and install new polyisocyanurate insulation, gypsum cover board, and Derbigum 2 ply modified bitumen membrane. Existing skylights and roof top equipment not being used were removed during the reroofing process as well. Metal panels were installed on the exterior of the building and fascia metal was install to complete the project.
